1. Ownership
Every provider name, logo and mark on this site belongs to its owner, not to us. SPECTRUM, Spectrum Internet®, Spectrum Mobile®, Spectrum TV®, Spectrum Voice® and related marks are trademarks of Charter Communications, Inc. Streaming-service and device marks belong to their own owners in the same way. Appearance here does not imply that any owner endorses this site beyond the authorized-retailer relationship where one exists.
Carriers we are authorized to sell. We display the authorized-agent or authorized-retailer lockup each of these issues, and follow that provider's brand guidelines when we do: Spectrum, Xfinity, AT&T, Verizon, Optimum, Cox is now Spectrum, Astound Broadband, Frontier, Kinetic, DIRECTV, ADT, Vivint. Each of those names and its associated marks belongs to that provider.
Carriers we name for comparison only. These appear in coverage results and comparison tables so the picture is complete. We do not sell them, and we show no logo for them: CenturyLink, Brightspeed, Mediacom, WOW!, Metronet, Ziply Fiber, Fidium, altafiber, Breezeline, Buckeye Broadband, Bend Broadband, TDS, Hargray, Smithville, Rise Broadband, EarthLink, Clearwave Fiber, HughesNet, Viasat, Starlink, T-Mobile Home Internet, DISH, Hawaiian Telcom, Maxx South Broadband, Google Fiber. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

2. How we use them
Where a provider issues an “authorized agent” or “authorized retailer” lockup, that is the version we display, following that provider’s brand guidelines. Where we simply compare a provider in coverage results or tables, we use its name descriptively. We do not copy provider website content or imagery.
3. Our marks and content
The Authorized Internet Retailer name, the beacon mark and our original text, comparisons, guides and design are the property of Transtech Marketing Network LLC. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.
4. Descriptive and fair use
Provider names used in comparisons and coverage results describe the services filed for an address and are used under nominative fair-use principles. Coverage and market data come from the FCC, NTIA and U.S. Census Bureau.
5. Corrections and takedown
Rights holders who believe a mark is used improperly, and providers whose plan or pricing information needs correcting, can write to admin@authorizedinternetretailer.net. We respond promptly and update or remove material as appropriate.
