We market the services of the providers we are authorized to represent through paid search and other digital channels. Every campaign is built to be truthful, clearly identify us as an independent retailer, and follow the advertising platform’s policies and each provider’s marketing guidelines.
1. We always say who we are
Ads and landing pages identify Transtech Marketing Network LLC as an independent authorized retailer. We do not present ourselves as a provider, imply that this is a provider’s official site, or hide how we are compensated.
2. Honest claims
Prices, speeds, promotions and availability in our advertising match the provider’s current advertised offers and carry the provider’s required disclosures. We do not invent reviews, testimonials or statistics, and we do not make guarantees a provider has not made.
3. Provider marks and brand terms
We use provider marks only as each provider’s written authorization and brand guidelines allow, including the trademark authorizations filed with advertising platforms. Where a provider restricts bidding on its brand terms, we apply the required negative keywords across our campaigns.
4. Platform policies and consent
Our campaigns follow Google Ads policies, including those for third-party resellers, business identity and landing-page transparency. Advertising cookies follow Google Consent Mode v2 as our Cookie Policy describes: measurement by default outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalization only with your consent, and calls from our ads are measured in aggregate.
5. Who pays for marketing
We bear all marketing costs. Our service is free to consumers; providers pay us a commission on activated orders, which never changes your price. See our Disclaimer.
6. Questions or complaints about an ad
Providers, platforms and consumers can reach our compliance team at admin@authorizedinternetretailer.net. We investigate every report and correct or remove non-compliant creative quickly.
