1. What we are and are not
We market provider services, compare what is reported in your ZIP and help you place orders with the provider you choose. The provider — not us — delivers, installs, activates, bills and supports the service under its own terms. Your service agreement is always with the provider.
2. How we are paid
Our comparison and ordering help is free to you. Providers pay us a commission when an order placed through us is activated. That commission is part of the provider’s own sales budget; it is not added to your bill, and authorized retailers may not charge more than the provider’s published price. We disclose this on every page because it is the basis on which you should judge our advice.
3. Pricing, plans and promotions
We have no authority to set, change or guarantee any provider’s prices, plans, speeds, features, equipment charges, fees or promotions. Figures on this site are indicative: they reflect provider-advertised offers as we last reviewed them (September 2026 for the multi-carrier comparison; the date shown on each Spectrum page for the Spectrum section), vary by address and change without notice. The price the provider confirms at the time of order controls. Taxes, fees and surcharges are additional unless a page says otherwise.
4. Coverage data and its limits
Our ZIP search and coverage pages are built from the FCC Broadband Data Collection (the December 2024 filing), the federal record of where providers report offering service. That data is provider-reported, lags recent construction, and describes availability at ZIP or census-block level. A provider listed for your ZIP may not serve every address in it, and a provider not listed may have arrived since. Providers confirm serviceability at the exact address when you order.
5. Limits of what our team can promise
No representative of Transtech Marketing Network LLC may make any promise, guarantee or commitment beyond what appears in the provider’s official order confirmation and terms at the time of sale. If anything you were told differs from the provider’s confirmation, the confirmation governs.
6. Fulfilment and support
Once an order is placed, order fulfilment, equipment, installation, activation, billing, outages, plan changes, cancellations and technical support are handled entirely by the provider. We are not liable for service quality, outages, billing disputes or delays, though we will gladly help you find the right provider contact.
7. Trademarks and content
Provider names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify services we are authorized to sell or for descriptive comparison. SPECTRUM and related marks are trademarks of Charter Communications, Inc., used under authorization. Our original text, comparisons and site design belong to Transtech Marketing Network LLC. 8. Data sources
Provider information comes from the providers themselves and from their published offers. Coverage and market statistics come from the FCC, the NTIA, the U.S. Census Bureau and other public agencies. We cannot warrant the completeness or timeliness of third-party data.
9. Your own diligence
Please confirm plan details, terms of service and current pricing with the provider you choose before ordering. If you spot an error on this site, tell us at admin@authorizedinternetretailer.net and we will investigate promptly.
