We sell internet for a living. So we tell you the truth about it.
Authorized Internet Retailer is operated by Transtech Marketing Network LLC, an independent authorized retailer in Melville, NY 11747. We are contracted by Spectrum and 10 other providers to sell their residential services — which means we see the fine print, the promo roll-offs and the coverage maps every single day, and we would rather you did too.
What an authorized retailer is
A second sales channel — with the same prices and a human attached.
Every major provider sells two ways: directly, through its own site and stores, and through independent retailers it has vetted and contracted. Retailers are paid a commission by the provider when an order activates, and are not allowed to charge more than the provider’s published price. That is the model we operate under, for Spectrum and for every other carrier on this site.
The difference we add is context. A single conversation covers every provider reported in your ZIP instead of one carrier’s script, and it includes the parts most sales calls skip: the price in month thirteen, the equipment line, the upload speed, and how long the install really takes in your market. Our coverage data comes from the FCC’s Broadband Data Collection, the same record the industry files against, so the starting point is the whole field — not the carriers who pay us most.
