This policy explains how Transtech Marketing Network LLC (“we”) handles information when you use authorizedinternetretailer.net or call us. We are an independent authorized retailer, not a carrier, and we have designed the site to collect as little as possible: no accounts, no lead forms, and no payment details.
1. Information we collect
- ZIP code lookups. The five digits you enter are sent to our coverage database to return provider results. They are not linked to you and are not stored with any identifier.
- Server logs. Our host records standard access data (IP address, browser, pages, timestamps) for security and aggregate traffic analysis, retained for up to 90 days.
- Cookie choice. Your answer to our cookie notice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key
air-consent. It is not sent to us. - Phone calls. If you call, we use the information you give us (name, service address, contact number, current provider) only to check availability and place your order. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance; you are told at the start of the call.
- Analytics and advertising. Google Ads tags run under Google Consent Mode v2. Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they measure ad clicks and calls by default; personalized advertising is used only after you choose “Accept all”, and “Essential only” turns measurement off.
- Remarketing. If you choose “Accept all”, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show you our ads on other sites based on your visit here. Opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings or optout.aboutads.info.
2. How we use it
- Show provider availability for your ZIP and help you compare plans.
- Place and confirm orders with the provider you choose.
- Keep the site secure and improve it based on aggregate usage.
- Measure advertising performance (after consent only).
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects, and do not build profiles beyond aggregate advertising measurement.
4. Payment and sensitive data
We never ask for or record card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or account passwords, at any stage and in any system, call recordings and order notes included. Any payment for service is set up directly in the provider’s secure system. If sensitive data is shared with us by mistake, we redact it from recordings and notes.
5. Retention
Server logs: up to 90 days. Call recordings and order notes: up to 12 months, then deleted unless a dispute or legal hold requires longer. Advertising measurement (post-consent): we run Google Ads conversion tracking and no Google Analytics property, so there is no analytics profile of you here to keep. The _gcl_au cookie Google Ads sets lasts about 90 days in your own browser, and you can clear it at any time.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to systems is limited to staff who need it, and we review our practices periodically. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
7. Your rights (CCPA/CPRA and other state laws)
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do none), to limit use of sensitive information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible. To exercise a right, contact admin@authorizedinternetretailer.net or (877) 365-2069. We respond within the time the law allows (generally 45 days) and may verify your identity first.
8. Children
This site is for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
