Transtech Marketing Network LLC operates a U.S.-based team that helps residential and business customers compare and order internet, TV, home-phone, mobile and home-security service. This policy describes our telephone and text practices and our compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws and call-recording laws.
1. Calls you place to us
Calling (877) 365-2069 is entirely your choice. No autodialer, prerecorded message or artificial voice is involved in receiving your call, and you may end it at any time.
2. Consent for follow-up calls and texts
No form on this site asks for a phone number. If we have yours it is because you called us, or because you asked an agent to call you back — and either way we use it to deal with the inquiry you raised, and pass it to the provider if you place an order.
Automated calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages (including AI-generated voice) and marketing texts are separate, and they need separate permission. An agent asks for that on the call, in plain terms, and records your answer. Giving us a number is not treated as agreeing to any of it, and saying no costs you nothing — we will still take the order.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can always order by calling us without agreeing to automated follow-up.
- Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to end texts, HELP for help.
- Revoke consent at any time by telling any agent, calling (877) 365-2069, or emailing admin@authorizedinternetretailer.net.
3. Call recording and monitoring
Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and to verify your order. When a call is recorded you are told so at the start, before anything else happens, so you can decide whether to carry on, ask for the recording to stop, or hang up and email instead.
Recording law varies by state, and several require every party to agree rather than just one. Where that applies we ask you directly rather than treating silence, or the fact that you stayed on the line, as agreement. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start and we will either stop the recording or continue by email.
4. State telemarketing laws
We comply with state “mini-TCPA” laws (including Florida, Oklahoma, Washington, Maryland, New York and New Jersey): outbound calls only within permitted hours in your time zone (generally 8 AM–8 PM, narrower where state law requires), no more than the permitted number of attempts, and honoring state do-not-call registries.
5. Do-Not-Call rights
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and keep our own internal do-not-call list. We do not make marketing calls to registered numbers without your prior express consent. Ask any agent to add you to our internal list, or email admin@authorizedinternetretailer.net; requests are processed promptly and no later than 30 days across all systems.
6. Carrier notice
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard carrier charges apply to texts you send or receive.
7. Updates
We update this policy as the law or our practices change. Last updated September 3, 2026.
