Xfinity Internet, answered
Most Xfinity internet plans are sold without an annual contract, so changing, upgrading or cancelling carries no early-termination fee. Terms follow the plan and the address, and we read them out before the order is entered.
Xfinity fixes the monthly rate on eligible plans for a set period. Each tier on this page has a five-year guarantee, while older plans and some markets carry shorter ones, so the length belongs to the offer, not to Xfinity in general. The guarantee covers the base service rate only; taxes, fees and added features sit outside it and can change. Before you order, we read you the guarantee written into your specific offer.
Not on most current plans. The Xfinity Gateway, a modem and WiFi router in one unit, comes with the service, and a compatible modem of your own also works. We confirm the equipment for your chosen plan when we take the order.
