the Kinetic fiber tiers, from advertised rate to standard rate
Each residential tier and Fiber Max, laid out the way we read them on the call: who the tier suits, how long Kinetic guarantees the price, and every charge besides the advertised rate.

before you pay for more speed
check upload and Wi-Fi before buying a faster tier
A slow home connection often traces back to upload speed or Wi-Fi that stops short of the far rooms, not to the download figure. A higher tier fixes neither, so we look at how your household uses the line before quoting a bigger number.
- Video calls and cloud backups lean on upload
- Dead zones come from gateway placement and equipment
- How many devices run at once often matters more than peak speed
- We quote a cheaper tier when it covers what you do
Wi-Fi placement is part of the install
Where the gateway sits decides how far the Wi-Fi reaches, so the installing technician chooses that spot and adds extenders if the back rooms need them. It does not appear as a separate line item.
Questions about installhave an AT&T Wireless line? $20 a month less
Kinetic takes $20 a month off the 300 Mbps tier and every tier above it for households with an eligible AT&T Wireless account. We check eligibility during the call, so the discount goes on the order rather than being claimed afterwards.
Check eligibilitywhat the call covers
Prices come from Kinetic whichever way you order. The call adds an address lookup and a line-by-line monthly total before you commit.
what fiber changes in the evening
Your fiber connection is not pooled with the neighbors the way a cable node is, which removes one reason speeds dip around 7 p.m. It is not a speed promise: Kinetic’s network further upstream has limits of its own, and in a typical home the bottleneck is the Wi-Fi, not the line coming in.
the whole bill, read out first
Before you agree, we read out the advertised rate, how long Kinetic guarantees it, the standard rate that follows, and the equipment charge and taxes on top.
the address check happens on the call
The person you reach looks up your address against the coverage Kinetic has filed, then walks you through the tiers that show up there while you are still on the line.
prepaid card offer
up to a $200 prepaid Mastercard®
Kinetic sends a prepaid card with the 1 Gig and 2 Gig tiers, a couple of months after installation. On the call we tell you the card amount that goes with the tier you pick.
Card is fulfilled by Kinetic and requires the qualifying plan to stay active. Issuing bank terms and an expiry date apply. The full disclosures sit at the bottom of this page.
bundle services on one Kinetic account
Kinetic takes money off when services are combined. On the call we add up what the combined bill comes to at your address.

Kinetic questions, answered before you order
With us, until the order is placed. Authorized Internet Retailer is an independent authorized agent, not Kinetic: we check the address, set out the tiers and prices, and take the order by phone. Kinetic then installs, bills and supports the service under its own terms.
Between $39.99/mo for 300 Mbps and $79.99/mo for Fiber Max 2 Gig, with the $5/mo AutoPay credit already taken off every figure here. Taxes, fees and the equipment charge are added on top, and the tiers you can order depend on what Kinetic serves at your address.
No annual contract applies to Kinetic’s residential fiber plans. The 1-, 2- or 3-year price guarantee is the period Kinetic keeps your rate fixed, not a minimum stay.
Not on residential fiber. Data is unlimited, so there is no monthly threshold after which Kinetic slows the line or adds charges.
Kinetic’s standard rate for your tier. You hear that figure from us on the call ahead of any order, since the rate after the guarantee is the one worth comparing.
Professional installation comes with the fiber plans. A Kinetic technician sets up the gateway, checks that the Wi-Fi reaches the far rooms and finishes once the service is working.
In most cases. We confirm the number can be ported before you order, then request the transfer when you add Kinetic home phone. Keep the old line connected until the port completes.
We start from the coverage Kinetic has filed with the FCC for your area, then check your street address on the call; Kinetic confirms it when the order goes in. Kinetic builds one town at a time, so neighboring houses can get different answers, and if another provider filed for your address suits you better, we say so.
