the company
Authorized Internet Retailer is operated by Transtech Marketing Network LLC, at 70 Bagatelle Rd, Melville, NY 11747. We are an independent authorized agent for Kinetic, and we are authorized to sell several other internet, TV, phone and home-security providers. The method is the same for each: find what the provider has filed for an address, price it in full, then place the order.
what the call covers
First the address: we compare it with the coverage Kinetic has filed. Then the tiers that show up there, each with its advertised rate, its guarantee length and the standard rate that follows, which is the figure that tells you whether a plan is good value. If you go ahead, we enter the order and book the installation on the same call, at no charge.
what stays with Kinetic
This website belongs to us, not to Kinetic. Kinetic owns the network, sends the technician, issues your bill and answers the support line, under its own terms and your agreement with Kinetic. Once the order is placed, the account is between you and Kinetic. KINETIC is a trademark of Windstream Intellectual Property Services, LLC, used here to identify the service we are authorized to sell.
how Kinetic coverage works
Kinetic builds fiber town by town, mostly in small cities and rural towns, where the other choice may be a single cable company or no wired option at all. Its FCC filings are made location by location, so neighbors on one street can get different answers, and a ZIP code is too coarse to settle it. We check the full address on the call.
what ordering through us changes
You pay Kinetic’s rate whichever route you take. The difference is the address check and the full price, up front.
Kinetic’s prices, as published
The tiers and rates we read out are Kinetic’s, because we sell as an authorized agent. There is no markup from us and no charge for the call.

When Kinetic has not filed coverage for your address, or another provider plainly fits better, we tell you. Losing that order beats selling you the wrong line.

Kinetic sends a prepaid card with the 1 Gig and 2 Gig tiers, a couple of months after installation. On the call we tell you the card amount that goes with the tier you pick.
