Three things: the full service address, a rough headcount of people and devices online together, and whether anyone in the home has an eligible AT&T Wireless account, which takes $20 a month off the 300 Mbps tier and above. With those we can check coverage and give you a full quote.
existing Kinetic account?
Once service is live the account belongs to Kinetic, so bills, repairs and appointment changes go to Kinetic, not to us. We can still help with a plan change or with adding TV or a home phone line, and if you are unsure where to turn, call and we will direct you.

Kinetic sends a prepaid card with the 1 Gig and 2 Gig tiers, a couple of months after installation. On the call we tell you the card amount that goes with the tier you pick.
