By service count: 1 year with one Spectrum service, 2 years with two and 3 years with three, for example Internet + Mobile + TV. The guarantee holds the promotional price for that period. When it ends, Spectrum’s standard rate applies, and Spectrum confirms that rate for your address when you order.

Spectrum guarantees at least $1,000 in first-year savings when you move both Internet and Mobile to Spectrum, measured against what you paid before; if the savings fall short, Spectrum credits the difference to your bill. You'll need to submit recent bills from your current providers (Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T for mobile) within 60 days of installation.

No. Spectrum puts no data cap on any plan, whether Internet 100 at $30 or Internet 1 Gig, so there is no allowance to track and no overage charge. The modem comes free. The one optional charge is Advanced WiFi: $10/mo on Internet 100 and Internet 500, included with Internet 1 Gig.

Start with the ZIP search on this site. It reads the FCC Broadband Data Collection and shows the coverage each provider filed for that ZIP, Spectrum included where it filed, as a share of the ZIP next to its top speed. A filing covers a ZIP, not a house, and Spectrum confirms service address by address, so call (877) 365-2069 and we will check your street address with Spectrum.

With the Express Connect Kit, which Spectrum ships at no extra charge, setup usually takes 15–30 minutes after the kit arrives. A professional installation costs $50 if you want a technician instead. A one-time service activation fee applies to new accounts either way.

Spectrum Mobile Unlimited Plus includes it: you can move to a new phone at any point instead of waiting until the current one is paid off. The terms are a trade-in of your current device in good working condition, a new phone on a payment plan and a $35 fee per upgrade, up to four in 12 months.

After 12 months of promotional pricing, standard rates apply. Stream TV Latino Más is the plan with a published post-promotional rate ($95/mo); on the others, the standard rate is Spectrum’s to set and is confirmed for your address when the order is placed. A bundle can stretch the price guarantee to 2 or 3 years.

Spectrum’s Contract Buyout goes toward the early termination fee your current TV provider charges, which matters if you are mid-contract with satellite or another provider.
